One-on-One Garden Vision Support Sessions
$45.00 Per Hour
Garden Vision Support Sessions are designed for homeowners who would like additional guidance during the installation process.
Support sessions may include:
- Plant placement assistance
- Planting demonstrations and guidance
- Soil preparation assistance
- Transplanting guidance
- Decorative container planting assistance
- Bed layout assistance
- Seasonal garden care guidance
- Watering and maintenance instruction
These sessions are intended to provide confidence, education, and hands-on support while allowing the homeowner to remain actively involved in creating their garden.
A two-hour minimum applies to all support sessions.
Optional Garden Center Shopping Assistance
$45.00 Per Hour
Garden center shopping assistance is available for clients who would like help selecting plants, containers, or garden materials in person.
Shopping assistance may include:
- Accompanying client to local garden centers or nurseries
- Assistance selecting healthy plants and materials
- Plant substitutions if inventory varies
- Container and planter recommendations
- Guidance on quantities and spacing
- Assistance coordinating color palettes and overall design flow
Shopping assistance is billed hourly with a two-hour minimum for scheduled shopping sessions. For local trips, hourly billing begins at the scheduled meeting time. Longer-distance trips may include travel time.
Decorative Container Planting Assistance
$45.00 Per Hour
Decorative container planting assistance is available for homeowners who would like help creating seasonal or permanent planters for porches, patios, entryways, or landscape focal areas.
Services may include:
- Container design guidance
- Plant selection assistance
- Soil and drainage recommendations
- Decorative arrangement and placement guidance
- Seasonal refresh recommendations
- Watering and maintenance instruction
A two-hour minimum applies to all on-site support sessions.
Seasonal Garden Refresh Consultations
$45.00 Per Hour
Seasonal refresh consultations are available for existing Garden Vision clients who would like assistance updating, maintaining, or refreshing their gardens throughout the year.
These sessions may include:
- Seasonal planting recommendations
- Replacing underperforming plants
- Pruning and maintenance guidance
- Updating containers and focal areas
- Color and texture enhancements
- Irrigation and watering adjustments
A two-hour minimum applies to all on-site support sessions.
Garden Health & Troubleshooting Consultation
$45.00 Per Hour
Sometimes plants struggle despite our best efforts. Environmental conditions, watering habits, soil quality, heat stress, insects, disease, or seasonal changes can all impact plant health and overall garden performance.
This consultation is designed to help identify potential issues within the landscape and provide guidance for improving plant health and long-term garden success.
Consultations may include:
- Evaluating plant stress or decline
- Reviewing watering practices and irrigation
- Soil and drainage observations
- Basic soil testing and pH evaluation
- Sunlight and environmental assessment
- Fertilizer and amendment recommendations
- Identifying possible insect or disease concerns
- Plant replacement suggestions if necessary
- Seasonal care guidance
Whenever possible, the goal is to help restore and improve existing plant health before replacement is recommended.
Please note that plant recovery timelines may vary depending on weather conditions, plant maturity, root health, and environmental stress factors.
