Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are included in the product price unless otherwise stated.

 

Order Processing & Delivery

Orders are shipped directly from our suppliers. Processing and delivery times vary depending on:

  • product size and weight
  • supplier location
  • destination
  • carrier conditions

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Some items—especially large or heavy garden décor—may ship via freight and may arrive in multiple packages.

 

Tracking

Tracking information is provided once your order ships. Tracking updates depend on the carrier and may not appear immediately.

 

Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • freight carriers
  • weather
  • holidays
  • regional or global disruptions

 

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Address changes or cancellations are not guaranteed once an order is placed.

Orders returned due to address errors may not be eligible for a refund.

 

Coordinated Freight Delivery

 

Oversized or specialty items ship via freight carrier to ensure proper handling.

After your purchase, we personally confirm delivery details with you and coordinate scheduling with the freight carrier. We remain your primary point of contact throughout the process to help ensure everything runs smoothly.

Delivery is typically curbside unless otherwise arranged.

Please allow approximately 1–3 weeks for delivery, depending on location.

Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate delivery information and adequate access at the time of delivery. Any additional charges incurred due to missed delivery appointments, refusal of shipment, incorrect address information, or undisclosed access requirements must be resolved prior to rescheduling delivery.

Additional charges may include, but are not limited to, redelivery fees, storage fees, residential or liftgate surcharges, limited access fees, address correction charges, reconsignment fees, and return freight costs.
